Garden of Eve Botanicals®

Thank you for shopping with Garden of Eve Botanicals. We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring that your botanical wellness products arrive safely and promptly.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and verified. During periods of increased demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays affecting their orders.

Shipping Methods

Garden of Eve Botanicals currently ships within the United States only using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Available shipping options may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • Other USPS services as available at checkout

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders.

Customers selecting local pickup at checkout will receive an email notification with pickup instructions once the order is prepared and ready for collection. Valid identification may be required at pickup.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.  Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Garden of Eve Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.  Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date.  We will work with USPS and the customer to investigate and resolve the issue whenever possible.

Seasonal Promotions

Garden of Eve Botanicals may periodically offer free shipping promotions during holidays, special events, or promotional campaigns. Promotional terms and eligibility requirements will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
