Returns Eligibility
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, most personal care, wellness, and botanical products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or altered in any way.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:

Upon review, Garden of Eve Botanicals may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return consideration within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Approved returns must:

Be received in resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your financial statement, depending on your banking institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
