Garden of Eve Botanicals®
At Garden of Eve Botanicals, we understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. We strive to process orders promptly and provide flexibility whenever possible.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may cancel an order without providing a reason, provided the cancellation request is submitted within three (3) hours of placing the order, regardless of whether the order was placed on a business day, weekend, or holiday.
To request a cancellation, customers must promptly notify Garden of Eve Botanicals through a clear written communication using our Contact Page or designated customer service email.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS), it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If a shipped order is refused, returned, or sent back after shipment, the order will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Customers may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
Approved Refunds
If a cancellation request is approved prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the customer's financial institution and payment provider.
Garden of Eve Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or credit card companies.
